Tami Lesser is an accomplished and passionate leader with over 19 years of experience in corporate productions and a background in project management. As the CEO and co-founder of Vision Matrix Productions, Tami works closely with her dedicated teams to provide high production value and seamless service in the design, planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and galas around the world in Italy, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Japan and all over the US.

Tami is a creative thinker and has been instrumental in pivoting her teams into the production of hybrid events as well as live events, while also facilitating strategic partnerships with other companies to enhance client services. Her goal is to provide guest experiences that are both engaging and memorable, bringing her client visions to light!
