James Bruno

James V. Bruno joined BOWS as a senior member of the management team and Global Head of Product Development in January 2023, after spending fifteen years with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (“MSWM”).

At MSWM James was a Managing Director within the Investment Solutions Group and was Co-Head of Product Origination and Development for Alternative Investments, which includes private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds, customized solutions and pre-IPO offerings. Prior to such role, James held various other roles within the Alternative Investments group, he also served as a Director of various General Partner entities, investment advisors and investment committees at MSWM. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, James was employed at HSBC where he was a member of the senior management team responsible for the delivery of alternative fund services to hedge funds and private equity funds. Prior to HSBC, James was with Merrill Lynch & Co., where he held numerous roles within the various alternative investment businesses within both the institutional and wealth divisions of Merrill Lynch.

James has an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University, a B.S. in Accounting from Long Island University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
